You are a teenager. Many teenagers are thin, but they put on weight automatically as they grow older. This is because teenagers have a very high metabolic rate and burn calories fast. So you should not try to put on weight by eating fatty food, since it will be difficult to lose this fat later. Check this out for more information http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.h...
You're weight and height are more than appropriate for one another.
But you might want to get into better shape. That would help you to not feel skinny and to simply feel and be healthier overall.
Muscle mass weighs more. Go to a gym and "muscle up".
I don't mean to build up until you look like a body builder but to tone up.
I am 5'4" and weigh 143 and when I mention that I would like to lose 20 lbs,my friends ask me why because I don't look like I weigh that much.
Though I am 54,I am very active and do alot of walking and lifting of the materials that I use when working on construction projects around my house(I am a do it yourselfer).
Though for my age I have a little bit of a gut (had 3 babies),I am pretty toned for my age.
try muscle building. but don't overdo it. muscle is heavier than fat. my cousin is your height and weighs 130-135. she still looks thin, but very strong. hope that helped.
