Is it normal to menstruate on the 23rd day of the cycle?

This usually happens on the 26th day (min) or 32cd day (max)
I just turned 34, I am not very mobile because of a stroke I had 4 yrs ago.
I have never menustrated so early before.
Should I be worried? Is it normal to menstruate on the 23rd day of the cycle?
Normal cycles are between 24 and 35 days apart. Anything that is consistently out of this range needs to be evaluated by a doctor to determine the cause. Period abnormalities can be due to many things including stress, weight gain/loss, thyroid, hormonal imbalance, infection, illness, medications, polyp, cyst, amongst other reasons. The only way to know for sure exactly what is going on is to see your doctor for an exam and testing.
Your body is always changing. If you think there could be something wrong, don't hesitate to go see your doctor.
Each cycle is different maybe you were on stress and if you say you have a stroke maybe it has to do with that. I think the best thing to do is that if it happens again you go to a doctor. Anyway if it just happen one time it could be for many many different reasons cycles vary depending on the situation.
