Is a woman with an irregular period cycle less punctual than one with a regular period cycle?

I know that punctuality might have nothing to do with periods but it just makes me wonder...Is a woman with an irregular period cycle less punctual than one with a regular period cycle?
I don't think that the regularity or irregularity of a woman's period might affect in any way her punctuality. In my oppinion it's just a matter of one's moral principles to arrive on time, regardless of any personal discomforts that one may have.
