Of course it is!
Nothing is black and white.... we're all somewhere in between, which means that many people in this world are attracted to other people regardless of what sex they are.... attraction is attraction.
If you are a single woman, you can go to local bars/clubs where people eccept one another's differences and welcome sexual exploration. There are lots of gay bars for women only and others that allow anyone in as long as they are non-judgemental.
If you are in a relationship with a man, you would most likely want to explore the swinging lifestyle. Although, if you intend to follow this route, you will need to be completely honest with your man about what you are feeling, what you want to explore and find out how he feels about this.
Only when he is supportive of your exploration will it be a good idea to pursue a sexual encounter with another female.
There are also many single women in the swinging community so give it a shot... it can't hurt.
I think a lot of women are curious about other girls, i suppose you would have to kiss one to find out if it feels good or uncomfortable for you.
