because you skipped your placebo week, you've royally screwed up your cycle. stop taking them and wait until you have another period to start all over again. you may also want to switch to a monophasic continuous release birth control like the ring or patch. this prevents irregular bleeding because your hormones stay at a steady level as opposed to being all over the palce.
This might be your normal cycle so do not fret just yet. Just to be sure, check with your gynecologist to see if that is normal.
Nope, not good. You may need stronger pills. Low dose BCP can cause break through bleeding and may cause you to just have one really long period. Call the doctor.
