Im really stressed out right now. Theres so many things going on and I have a headache. Does anyone know how to calm yourself down or make yourself feel better? thx...Im so stressed!?
Take a nap for 20 minutes, that helps me. Try not to think about anything. good luck!

exercise is great for stress but it may not help if you have a headache. you could try it but if it doesn't work take something for the pain and close your eyes for a while. classical music works for me too. when the pains gone give the exercise a try again. it really does help with the stress. feel better
Try writing in a journal. Don't worry about making it look nice with words spelled correctly - no one ever has to read it! It can just be good to clear your head.

Also, try buying a positive thinking book that suits your personality. Read a chapter before bed every night. That will help you sleep more peacefully too.
