you must be RETARDED. only a clown would ask a question like this. a period is far worse than just being annoyed. a period is more like the feeling you get when you've been stomping for like 10 hours straight and you can barely stand up anymore.

yep. get used to it. im 13 and go through it every time with extreme cramps. my family knows when im on my period because of my attitude. I have some advice though. It's probably PMS. Try taking Midol, or Pamprin. That does the trick for me. good luck!! hope you feel better.
